Job review from Claire in Brooklyn, NY on 04/26/19

JL is superfriendly and efficient. From the time I called and explained what needed to be taken - a lot of broken garden planters and a metal foot locker - I felt I was in professional hands. There would be no negotiating, haggling or ball parking a price. I love the fact that there is a system in place and the guys that come are happy to explain (and re explain) how they will be charging you. Super nice guys came over and were worried about getting garden dirt in our house! They worked for over 20 minutes to break apart the metal foot locker because it was attached to a wall in the basement! (who knew?) No extra charge... I think the business concept of JL is brilliant and it is obviously extremely well run because all the employees seem so happy Claire in Brooklyn
