Rob and Tyler called as promised, showed up on time, handled a difficult situation (they had to use a ladder) with great skill and good sense plus good humor, and did a thorough job even though we both agreed some items could not go up the ladder. When the tenant above the basement moves, I will have the guys back to finish and go up the stairs and out the tenant's door but that was not possible today.
