This whole experience was first rate. The guys, Nathaniel and Eric,were so polite and so friendly and professional, they took care of all our questions and issues. The experience was seamless from start to finish. We had a huge old washing machine on a top floor and a treadmill that they had to take apart - the guys did a truly amazing job getting them out of our house seamlessly - no dents or scratches on anything. Then they emptied out all the junk from our basement using the hatch in our brownstone house which was hard but they worked extremely fast. We absolutely recommend this company!
