The Junkluggers called about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to show up to tell me they were on their way and would be on time. They were prompt, professional, no nonsense, and friendly to work with while I emptied my storage unit. I know the stuff I gave them to donate is in good hands. I would definitely use this service again if need be.
