I'm pretty sure this is the 7th or 8th time my family have used your services. We're always very happy with the outcome.   Ray and Sedacca were assigned to this task for me today. I am sure that under ordinary circumstances, this sort of thing is stressful for most people. I had the added emotional burden of this being the job that took out my brother's belongings. We've shared this apartment for 11 years, and he passed away in late September, so you can imagine how difficult this was (from gathering things to the endpoint; seeing his things put on a truck.)   Both of these gentlemen listened and offered condolences. They were fast, efficient, personable and kind. So much so that when they offered their hands, I gave them each a hug.   The road of grief is a very bumpy one; your team made this part of it easier.   Thank you, thank you, thank you. Everything was excellent yesterday - the team worked so hard and they were awesome. I really appreciate the haul out work and all the communication. Junkluggers was extremely easy to book! They worked with us regarding payment which I appreciated. Also, the turnaround time was convenient!

The two men from Junkluggers did a great job. They called ahead to let us know arrival time, explained everything, including pricing and removed furniture carefully and efficiently. They were very thorough and personable, we are 100% satisfied and are planning to use the Junkluggers again soon!
