I was definitely 100% satisfied with my service! The movers called me at 8:30 am to let me know they would be arriving at 9:15 am for the appointment, and then arrived exactly when they said they would. I greatly appreciated the phone call as well as their prompt arrival at the beginning of my 9 to 11 am window-- I have had experiences in the past with other companies where movers were late, cancelled at the last minute, etc. so I really appreciated that they showed up not only on time, but at the beginning of the arrival window. They worked extremely quickly and efficiently and removed all of the designated items in under an hour, and even kindly helped me remove my air conditioning window unit (I was unsure how to remove it myself). I have never had any type of moving experience go so smoothly, and I was very pleased with how reliable and efficient they were. They did an awesome job! I would definitely use Junkluggers again in the future.
