I can not say enough about the JL's great service. I booked the service with James a few weeks ago. Every question I had leading up to service was quickly answered by their team via email, which is awesome. The day of service I had frequent communication from the team to help coordinate arrival time. That was greatly appreciated since I was traveling 2 hours to meet them. They were on time and ready to go.The entire staff could not have been more kind about it all.

I felt bad because it was pouring out, but all 4 employees helped load the one truck. It took less then an hour to empty out a lifetime of memories. Sad, but necessary and because of the kindness from the  staff I felt my Mom's stuff was in good hands. While all 4 men were wonderful, Andrew & Isiah in particular were amazing with communication and empathy to my situation. They all worked hard,  and even in the pouring rain they smiled and had a great attitude. These are special employees. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful experience. I recommended someone just based on my experience with James & follow up emails from their company prior to my service date. They raved about the service too. I will continue to promote their business and I will use Junkluggers/NYC again for sure.
