The team that was sent was amazing! Super sweet, on it, professional, and just saved me so much time! My apartment is basically an attic converted to an apartment but they were able to handle it. My boyfriend was impressed at how easy the process was and plans on using your service as well. Our client who lives in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, NY required some furniture and junk removal as soon as possible. He had been stressing all week about removing a full washer/dryer combo and a large refrigerator weighing in at almost 250 and 350 pounds respectively! We were able to come to the rescue fairly quickly and relieve him of his overwhelming stress. Our luggers arrived and carried the washer/dryer, refrigerator, and an assortment of other items (large bookcase, mirror, etc.) down three flights of stairs. This was no problem for our luggers! Our client was extremely thankful and said he would gladly use our services again the next time he needed help.
