Service staff are very courteous and nice to talk with. They gave a a call a day before to confirm the schedule, easy to reschedule (which I did ). Came right on time, gave a very fair pricing estimate and right on the money. They have some extra charges for some electronics and for some services such disassembling the furniture and the staff promptly warned me of those charges before hand rather than giving last minute surprises. ( I am sure all the pricing and charges are listed on the website but how many carefully read all of that?). Service men very efficient. Would definitely recommend their services.
